This project has hardware and software components in order to help the bodybuilder to get maximum benefit extraction and avoid injuries from bodybuilding exercises. The hardware components are based on two types of sensors: flex sensor is used to give us indicators about the state of the muscle that we need to apply the exercise on. The Auxometer sensor gives us information about the location of muscle by the X-coordinate, the Y-coordinate and the z-coordinate.
The smart control unit which is based on Arduino takes the output of these sensors and compares it with the actual values that we took from the experiment. Consequently, the Arduino shows information to the bodybuilder to tell him to modify his state or location in order to achieve the main goal from exercises. This information can be shown to the bodybuilder by many ways as a recorded voice, or we can use LCD to show him/her.
